Sunday Plans? We’ve Got You Covered. Introducing the East Coast Silver Cup!

The 2021 East Coast High-Goal Series heats up at Greenwich Polo Club tomorrow Sunday, June 27th with the first featured public match of the East Coast Silver Cup! This second leg of our trifecta of high goal summer tournaments will feature three teams returning from the Bronze Cup: White Birch Farm, Level Select CBD, and Altaris, along with the addition of IGEA to round out the roster of teams competing for this inaugural trophy.

The East Coast Silver Cup kicked off earlier this week with a fiercely contested opening match between Altaris and White Birch Farm, with Altaris handing the Bronze Cup champions White Birch their first loss of the season by a final score of 10-7. On the other half of the first-round draw, IGEA defeated Level Select CBD by a margin of 11-8 in their high-goal debut at Greenwich Polo Club.

This Sunday’s featured public match at 3pm will showcase Altaris taking on Level Select CBD in what is sure to be a great match between two very talented teams. As always at Greenwich Polo Club, this Sunday’s match will include some of the very best players and horses in the world, a level of polo that is quite special to witness. From picnicking on the lawn, to the ever-popular halftime divot stomp, to crafting custom cocktails with The Cup Bearer in the Players’ Lounge VIP, there is truly something for everyone at GPC. The gates for Sunday’s featured public match open at 1:00 pm and play begins at 3:00 pm (usually concluding around 5pm). Please be sure to purchase your tickets in advance as entry without a ticket is not guaranteed.
